Neurodiversitas Foundation

Our foundation has been worink for people with autism for 4 years now. This area generates a lot of business ideas, such as our Autistic Art Training Academy or Supported Volunteering Program for Autistic Youth in cooperation with the Hungarian National Gallery Volunteer Program. We also have a semi-written business plan for an innovative job placement service, where negotiations have been going on for about a year. By choosing from these and similar projects together, we would like to propose the creation of an innovative business plan as a thesis task.

Civil Support Public Benefit Nonprofit Ltd.

What factors support and hinder the spreading of social impact measurement in Hungary? How has impact measurement spread abroad and what can be implemented from these best practices in Hungary?
Background information: At international level, an increasing number of supporters and social investors expect NGOs and social enterprises to measure and manage their social impact. In addition, impact measurement is not only a donor expectation, but, if well-designed, it is one of the most effective management tools determining impact KPIs as well as financial indicators, and creates a direct feedback channel between strategy and operational performance.
Background info 2: Civil Support is developing civil society organizations and quite a few of our projects have been in the topic of impact measurement (e.g. www.impactacademy.hu), thus we can provide a lot of professional support for this thesis work.

How do we design the strategy? What selection criteria should we work with? What kind of incubation process are planned? How to design the needs assessment process? What steps should be taken before recruitment?
We have link-ups with young entrepreneurs and a circle of business angels. The ultimate goal of the program is to achieve effective cooperation between the two groups.

AdniJóga

Pricing of donation-based yoga classes:
AdniJóga is a social initiative that aims to bring yoga to those who would not otherwise have the opportunity to experience the peace of practice. Pop-up classes are located in different parts of Budapest: open air, in a concert hall, in a café, or even at companies, where participants can decide how much to pay for their own and others' yoga classes.
We want to price our service so that yoga practice is widely available while still moving towards financial sustainability.

Redesign of HAT Foundation's homepage: Renewing the strategy of the current website's online appearance, developing the website. One of the important questions today is how to design an organization's website so that it is sufficiently informative and meets the requirements of the latest design. In the thesis, the student reviewed the web development trends (mobile-first design, emotional design, content-based navigation and long scrolling) and co-created the new website with the organization. In the meantime, the specialist also learned about the wix.com environment, keeping in mind the economic aspects of a non-governmental organization.
